Return Policy

Due to the unpredictable variables associated with the act of surfing, Paragon Surfboards cannot guarantee against damage and cannot warranty once a surfboard is used. Ordinary wear and tear is not covered by any warranty. In the unlikely event that there are manufacturer’s defects (see below), please inform Paragon Surfboards prior to using the board and within 3 days of the original purchase date. Paragon Surfboards, at it’s discretion will either replace the surfboard, pay for a repair, or refund the purchase price upon return of the surfboard. All warranty claims will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Return Process

If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, please email the details along with a clear picture of the claimed defect to info@paragonsurfboards.com  within 3 days of the original purchase date and prior to use.  We will respond within 7 days advising you with the appropriate action to take.  Please do not return items to us without receiving instructions. Paragon Surfboards must approve the return of the item if any claim of a manufacturer’s defect is made.

Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 15 days of the receipt of the returned surfboard.
